(Remember, 9+1 isn't the only way to get to 10; your way isn't the only way to find solutions!) *Instill a spirit of perseverance instead of guilt, blame and punishment when faced with conflict and challenges. *Cultivate the synergy that comes from teamwork by collaborating with children, tweens, and teens to discover solutions, rather than "contribute to problems." *Nurture kindness and lead the changes by being a go-giver, rather than a go-getter.
